Once our searches give us the go-ahead, I’ll get started filing the proper applications to get your trademark registered! I’ll keep you up-to-date throughout the process to let you know how it’s going and what our estimated timeline is looking like to receive your trademark registration certificate.

Complete Knockout Searches
I’ll complete the necessary knockout searches to determine if this mark or something similar is taken. This will help us ensure we’ve got the green light to move forward with the trademark registration process and the offer as a whole.
